I have never used this type of diffuser. I was skeptical with the whole reed thing, but it works. Not too intense and sets a calm vibe.

Black Velvet reed diffuser

First order didn't have the reeds included. Sent email to Eunice, the hotel collection concierge, she reordered a replacement reed diffuser. What a wonderful fragrance!!!! With the reeds, the fragrance lightly scents the entire 2nd floor of my house .
